WTB: Quarter panel relief vent/valve

Hay guys, Just after a quarter panel relief vent that supposedly lets out the pressure when you shut the door. My two local stealers wanted $88 and $70 for it so I thought I'd try my luck here. Rang a few wreckers too, they didn't bother to try understand what part this is. Part number is MR958504, ...

^ Ebay is flooded with these stock taillights.
Id imagine demand will be relatively low. Better if you have the black ones, but i have the shitty red tai lights off an MY08 evo. I doubt it can sell much.

I'd have to agree, halogen blinkers on LED tai lights are crap.
Id be keen if we can find something with led blinkers that doesnt cost an arm and a leg for a pair of lights.

Custom number plate - Yay or nay?

Hay guys, I thought it's about time that I get some custom plates for the evo x. I have been presented with an idea of putting the leopard print number plate on a black X. I've never seen the plate in the flesh, but I thought it might actually look good, the missus did like this idea as well. I'm ju...

Last time i had to make the decision, I did some research and it appeared that ARC air box is one of the top ones performance/noise wise. It does also come at a premium at around $700. On top of this, the car needs to be tuned hence I'd budget extra on top of the intake. As mine doesn't run big KWs,...

Yes, its the intake that will give you what you are after.
With an after market intake, you will be able to hear the stock bov also.

Most people do it purely for the noise really, unless as mentioned above, you are running big KWs. But the noise is to die for.

thanks guys for the heads up.
Im now leaning towards just renting the universal ones from jindabyne.
Its rubber like material and strap inside the car.

Do you guys have any experience with these?
Itd just be a few days a year to carry the skiis and snowboards up and down.

Going from evo10 there isn't really anything that gives dramatic improvements in terms of performance/handling yet with an affordable price tag.

The only one I could think of/want is an r35 gtr, although it would mean a few years of working hard to be able to get into one.

I don't think it can be done at the service place.
Your best bet is to spend a few hundreds to get it tuned.
