Pillars are thicker mostly to accommodate airbags and the like. It's one thing I don't like about the car, it can block out intersections\corners\people on crossings etc. That and the mirrors on the lancer, both seem to be concave in that everything looks further away than it actually is, couple tha...

As I've said before, have them check the suspension components, springs, shocks and that they're all good and buttoned up tight. Check that they've used hub centric rings on the wheels and that they are sitting on the hub correctly. Check the thckness of the rotors, and if they're warped or grooved ...

Sorry to mine the thread, thought it was better than creating a new one. Worked my economy out to be about 13.3L\100 overall, can now get close to 400km out of a tank of fuel. Question is, why is the lancer so called "trip computer" so crap? I can't seem to find a setting where it will not...

Ended up only been able to get the ralliart on lease, so again tried to deal with them, just a pack o...

Nice! I wanted the X, but lease company wouldn't do it for me, so had to settle for the Ralliart instead.

Ugh! someone's put a stupid ebay ralliart badge on it, someone who owned it before had no idea... I laugh when I see people who do things like this to their cars, at least they could've taken the VRX badge off before putting that on... EDIT: Just saw that you like it.... umm carry on then, no...

Someone reversed into the front of my magna in the maccas drive through ages ago and their towball put a little dent and a few scratches on the front bumper and tray grazed the bonnet, also took a while to find. The other driver was being a tool and playing it down, so I ended up going through my in...

How do you know it's in the paint? ie has it gone through the clear and hit the paint and taken it off so that you can see undercoat or metal underneath? if not, most likely in the clear coat as the majority of surface scratches are. Proper paint correction could fix it as the clear coat is basicall...

Typical for a black car that's over 5 years old, could be brought back with the right work, DON'T do it yourself or get some "cheap" backyarder to do it. Needs paint correction and to be done right by a professional. Mine was brand new and needed 2 days work for 2 stage paint correction af...
