Just an idea but you might need to drill stop that crack before I travels much further if your intending to repair this dump.

I've had my ralliart for 2 weeks (brand new) and have heard a knock in the back pass side too, it's strange cause it seems very random probably heard it 3 or 4 times.

Will secure all things in boot.
