the reason to replace is because they are a pain to use. I have xmas clips on mine and I have reused mine many times. To give you an idea I remove my intake everytime I was the car (engine bay airbrushing) and I have used the same two clips for almost 3 years. AHHH i see, thanks heaps for the help ...

Awww okay i think i understand, What is the reason of replacing them? are they one use only or? Never used Xmas tree Clips before either? are they reusuable?

Im having trouble removing the Two screws that attach to front of the intake, No matter how much i turn left or right nothing happens, it looks like some sort of Clips around the screws, Is there a trick to them i just didnt want to break them
