You need to connect via the OBD port and turn on the rear fog in the etacs

they will come on when you turn the fog light switch twice, first turn front fog light comes on. second turn rear come on, then same in reverse turn back once rear go off second turn front go off.

and rear fog light symbol shows up on dash when they are on.

This is a link to the plug on the etacts the light green wire on the top row is the wire I have added that gives power to the rear fog light.

Sorry I'm late to the party, but you are sort of correct with the wires, black is ground, I think brown is ACC and the grey is to Reverse power, and no LED light shows on the front when powered on, they are both sensors, the reason for the reverse power is so when you select reverse the dimming goes...
