Re: FOR SALE: 2008 Lancer VR Manual

Right you are Lancer1993, and that's the reason it's (reluctantly) gotta go, we just aren't using it!

FOR SALE: 2008 Lancer VR Manual

Hi All, The terribly sad day has arrived where I need to sell my 2008 Lancer VR Manual. The car has travelled 68,900kms, has full service history & is located in Hornsby (Northern Sydney). It has also had the pesky ABS module repaired by ABS Repairs in Seven Hills. Rego is due in late Jan 2018. ...

I am considering replacing my air filter soon, wondering if its worth the extra coin to go for a K&N Panel filter over the standard Ryco type? I think its roughly 3-4 times the price!!

I know its a pretty standard oil, but I've always used Castrol Magnatec which I think is a 5W-30 - never had any issues and its often on special too :)

I replaced the battery but it still didnt (and doesnt) work! How did you go about getting this fixed? Does it have to go back to the dealer to be...

Hey Robert,

Do you still have these mate, I'm interested but I'm not sure the budget will stretch that far. Are you flexible on price? Say $750ish?

Michael you are a lucky man, I pay more for CTP than you do for comprehensive......darn Sydney prices! Interesting note on my insurance, I called GIO (my current insurer) and gave them all the details of the NRMA quote which was about $300 cheaper and they matched and beat NRMA by about $50. If your...

What Oil Do You Use in Your CJ

Hey Guys, Had a quick look for one of these threads but couldnt find one (if there is and I'm making a duplicate I'm sorry!) I know many of the guys here do their own oil changes, and as I do as well I was wondering what oil you typically use, and if you have any recommendations to your fellow membe...
