Re: Fog Lamps with angels eyes DRLs

I cant remember how upload a picture here for the life of me, however I have my DRL setup similar to the VW Golf where my high beams act as the DRL with a controller under the bonnet to adjust the brightness. They turn off when I turn my headlights on .

Re: Maintainance Change To Fully Synthetic Oil. When?

I have done 250,000kms on my lancer using semi-synthetic, doing oil changes every 15,000, dosent lose oil between changes and still drives as good as new. Hi Gleno, you obviously have had excellent results using semi-synthetic oil. Is all your running mainly long runs, short hops, stop start or jus...

Glen I have spoken to an employee of Mitsubishi Australia about their models. Mitsubishi in Japan assemble them as per Mitsubishi Australia specifications. Eg an ES has certain engine, transmission, interior colour, etc. It is totally up to Mitsubishi Australia. A good example was the Aspire model....

I would rather have seen the Taiwanese Lancer FORTIS introduced here in Australia. Our Aust model looks so Bland & Lackless compared to overseas models. Reshaped EVO type Grille, New design Taillights, New style door mirrors, Much nicer Mag Wheels, HID Headlamps etc etc [img:90e7348f7d]http://l...

Hope you had a safe trip. I have been up here over 14 months, but left the NSW plates on as I still have a home in Sydney. the local highway patrol keep bugging me to change over, but I simply say I drive to and from Sydney. Also I have been booked several times up here but haven't lost points due to...

Manual the better option, I mean its only the clutch you have to replace and generally that just depends on how you drive it. So lucky you had it replaced under warranty . I wonder what causes it to fail? And do they replace the belt when they did the valve body? That's something I forgot to ask the...

FYI the CVT in my Nephews Pulsar failed a few weeks ago, was stalling when he put it into gear. It only done 50k in about 18 months. Nissan is replacing it under warranty but so far they have had the car almost a month, he might get it back next week. Cant believe they have taken so long to get a r...

Not too bad. Got a new ride now, which is (was) great....until somebody hit it in a carpark. Yeh. I think Penrith or Plumpton was your last meet? It has been ages. Would have to be at Panthers last time I seen you, back in 2013 . What you driving now? Audi? What made you change cars? Sorry to hear ...

I moved up from Sydney over 12 months ago to the Gold Coast. Love the place, although you will have to used to the humidity. I rarely go to meets cruises anymore mainly keep to myself. I think Steve holds meets/cruises up Brisbane way but not 100% sure
