You can get non-genuine standard headlamp assemblies on EBay for around $115 each..don't know what the quality is like though

Re: VRX wheels on an ES Lancer

I’ve seen a couple of Lancers without the body kits and VRX wheels and they look fine. It really isn’t necessary to upgrade your suspension but that’s up to you:)

Re: VRX wheels on an ES Lancer

They bolt straight up. VRXs have a very slightly stiffer spring rate and a stiffer shock absorber. So you can just bolt on the wheels and go.

The service book covers Lancers,Challengers.Outlanders and some of the commercial vehicles. BTW your Lancer doesn't have a transfer case. The diff and gearbox are all in one.

Re: Which service should I get?

There is no timing belt only a drive belt for the water pump etc. You only really need to replace it as required.

Re: Which service should I get?

4B11 & 12 engines don't have a timing belt. The drive belt is only a 10 min job to replace. The service book for the NA lancer covers quite a few different vehicles. This is why you see things like timing belt replacement, change transfer case oil, check turbo hoses and lubricate steering and univers...

Re: ABS MODULE RECALL PETITION

Signed, has this issue been resolved within the later year models? All the repairs I have done have been on 2008 to 2010. Haven’t seen a relatively new one fail. It’s one of those problems that you either have or you don’t. A recall wouldn’t achieve much because I don’t think you can tell if it’s g...

Good to see it worked without having to go into the Etacs to turn it on.
