Re: Is the Manual Gear Box a thing of the past?

Agreed Give me a manual any day The fact drivers now days can have a choice between a manual or automatic licence to drive the car with , any moron can get an auto licence But if you get it you can't legally drive a manual. And yet some people can barely drive an auto and still managed to be handed ...

Re: Hello from California

Lots of distortion is no good Not only do you get sore ears from listening to it but it will destroy your speakers and possibly your amp Most people wind the gain control way to high. I did a write up here on the forum that explains how to do a decent setup. You need to know how many watts RMS your ...

Been using Alpine for well over 20 years. Can still remember years ago running their amps s hot we could cook egg's on them and t...

Re: Where do you keep your car keys?

Most thrives already know the common places to look for keys.
Keep them in an out of the way place
Out of sight out of.mind
As a suggestion , a Milo Tin or similar works in the pantry.
Try some creative thinking and you should be ok.

Ah ha
The old P0420 trick

Re: Any advice on buying an Evo X

Yup agreed
And not.all of us with Lancer even though we modify the thing to death and are trying to wring its neck and get everything out of it , aren't necessarily interested in owning an Evo.

Re: Rainbow Pen

Pull the passenger side seat out , you should be able to shoehorn in a decent sized screen at least 3 or 4 feet tall then
If you mount it on a "ram mount" type system you should be able to move it round at what ever angle you wish then

Re: Front fender removal

It may be easier to remove the door
If you follow the rubber tube that runs between the door and the pillar , inside there is a clip plug
The clip plug will.pull apart
Once the plug is apart that's it for the wiring to the door
Remove the bolts and the door falls off

Next time some clown tells you it's not a real Evo , ask them to show you their Evo
I'm betting you will be greeted with the sounds of crickets
