Europe does have the AWD as part of their standard (nonRA/evo) line up though... would prefer a 1.8 AWD over a 2.0 FWD...

Hi... um this is my first time here... I look at other Lancers and wonder why they don't treat them with the same love as we do... I mean, is it really so hard? I mean, really?! I cry when I see dents and scratches... I am appalled by the number of cars I see going through damaged auctions and wreck...

Damaged VRX for auction

Only wish I had the money just to get all the spare parts and sell off the rest...

Audio steering wheel control panel, MMCS, pedals, chrome dials, black boot, VRX wheels for myself...

VRX spoiler, black tail lights and other parts to sell...

just pulled off the wheel to have a look at where the cable goes... how easy do you think it'd be to do?

I don't mind getting the part through my dealer, they've been pretty good to me. but yeah, if I can save on labour...

what about sourcing the part?

yeah... it was this. it was quite a bump, so it wasn't a small rock. anyway, not looking forward to footing the bill. :S

Anyway, somehow along the way, it managed to skip under my rear and slice the wheel sensor connector cable... Took into the dealer, warranty guy is away till Wednes...

I think it's fairly well settled then. I think you got what you paid for.

@Adrian: yeah, compliance was in Aug09 as well as build, so I figured no need.

@Ben: if you're still not sure, get a "Vehicle Enquiry Details" statement from your dealer. It'll tell you when it was built.
